1. At the outset, learned counsel for the revisionist has very fairly stated that he does not want to press this revision and prays that the same may be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the revisionist to seek the remedy of preferring an appeal as provided under Section 19 of the Family Courts Act, 1984.

2. Learned A.G.A. has no objection to the prayer made by learned counsel for the revisionist.

3. Accordingly, the present criminal revision is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the revisionist to file an appeal as provided under Section 19 of the Family Courts Act, 1984 against the impugned judgment and order dated 14.10.2024.

4. OfÏce is directed to return the certified copy(s)/ original document(s), if any, including the vakalatnama to the learned counsel for the revisionist after retaining the photocopy(s) of the same on record.
