it in favour of the co-accused Smt. Ram Pati Devi on 24.01.2018. Thereafter Smt. Ram Pati Devi had sold the house in question to the wife of the complainant. There is no allegation of any act of commission of offence against the applicant except for the fact that she was co-borrower with her husband co-accused Chhotey Lal Verma.
(ii) the applicant shall not pressurize the prosecution witnesses;
(iii) the applicant shall appear on each and every date fixed by the trial court.
