Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned Additional Government Advocate for the State.

Present application u/s 482 of Cr.P.C. has been filed by the applicants, praying for quashing the impugned summoning order dated 23.01.2012 in Criminal Complaint No.2482 of 2011 passed by Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gonda as well as order dated 05.06.2013 in Criminal Revision No.143 of 2012, passed by Additional Sessions Judge, Court No.2, Gonda.

At the very outset, learned counsel for the applicants has confined his prayer only to the relief that the applicants are ready to surrender before the trial court and in case, applicants file an application for bail, their bail application be considered and disposed of in view of law laid down by Hon'ble Apex Court in Satendra Kumar Antil Vs. Central Bureau of Investigation and another reported in (2021) 10 SCC 773 .

Per contra, learned Additional Government Advocate has opposed for expeditious disposal of bail application of the applicants.

In view of the above statement, it is directed that in case, the applicants appear before the trial court within 20 days from today and apply for bail, their bail applications be considered

and disposed of in view of law laid down by Hon'ble Apex Court in Satendra Kumar Antil (supra) after hearing both the parties.

For a period of 20 days from today or till the applicants surrender and move such an application for bail, whichever is earlier, no coercive measure shall be taken against the applicants in the aforesaid case.

With the aforesaid observations, this application is finally disposed of .
