Heard learned counsel for petitioner, Mr. Umesh Singh, learned counsel for opposite party no.1, learned State Counsel appearing on behalf of opposite parties no.2,5 & 6 and Mr. Devak Vardhan, learned counsel for opposite parties no.3 & 4.

Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India has been filed seeking A direction to authority concerned for expeditious disposal of appeal dated 26.09.2024 bearing Ref No.KSAYU2024/595.

Learned counsel for petitioner submits that the aforesaid appeal is pending consideration only with regard to penalty imposed upon petitioner's Institution regarding shortcomings of teacher in the Institution for purposes of UG BAMS Course.

Learned counsel for opposite parties do not have any objection in case any direction is issued for expediting decision in the aforesaid appeal.

In view of such submission, opposite party no.3 i.e Secretary, National Commission for Indian System of Medicine (NCISM), Ministry of Ayush, Government of India is directed to take a final decision with regard to appeal dated 26.09.2024 bearing Ref No.KSAYU-2024/595 expeditiously, preferably within a period of one week from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before the said authority after giving opportunity of hearing to petitioner.

In view of aforesaid direction, the petition stands disposed of .
