Heard Shri Yogendra Nath Yadav, learned counsel for the petitioner.
The instant application has been moved seeking liberty to withdraw the petition as not press since, the petitioner is not willing to continue.
Considering that the said application is supported by an affidavit of the petitioner himself, who has stated that he does not wish to continue with the writ petition.
Accordingly, the application is allowed and the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
