Heard learned State Counsel for opposite party no. 1 and Mr. Nishant Shukla, learned counsel for opposite party no. 2. Despite revision of list, learned counsel for petitioner has not put in appearance.

Petition has been filed seeking a direction to opposite parties to release post retiral benefits of petitioner such as gratuity, earned leave etc. along with interest.

Learned counsel for opposite party no. 2 submits that he does not have any instructions in this matter.

In view of innocuous prayer being made, without entering into merits of the case, petitioner is granted liberty to file a fresh representation before opposite party no. 2 i.e. Director, Uttar Pradesh New and Renewable Energy Development Agency, Lucknow which shall be considered and decided within a period of six weeks from the date of his presentation. In case petitioner is found entitled for payment of retiral benefits, the same along with interest shall be considered and paid to him within a period of six weeks thereafter.

With aforesaid observations and directions, the petition is finally disposed of.
