from the fair price shop in the month of September and October. 4. In view of above fact situation, wherein though in the month of August, for the reasons indicated by the respondents in the instructions, the food grains could not be made available to the complainants, now the position has been rectified and admittedly they have been getting the food grains from the fair price shop, no further directions are required to be issued in the present public interest litigation. The same, accordingly, stands disposed of.
