The present writ petition has been preferred with a prayer to issue a mandamus commanding the respondents to take appropriate action/decision on the complaints of the petitioner regarding installation of retail outlet location no. 154 in village Ladukhera on Jajau Saiya Road District Agra (Annexure No. 2).
At the very outset, Sri Mehrotra, learned counsel for the respondent-BPCL raised an objection that the present writ petition is premature to the extent that the petitioner was also one of the candidate/applicant for allotment of retail outlet in question. The process is on and the objection/complaint of the petitioner would definitely be examined at appropriate stage.
Considering the facts and circumstances, once the complaint of the petitioner is maintainable, we hope and trust that the same would be considered by the competent authority at the relevant point of time.
With the aforesaid observation, the present writ petition stands disposed of .
