Present petition has been filed by the petitioner stating that a recovery certificate has been issued against the petitioner and the Tehsildar authorities are harassing the petitioner for payment of the amount as indicated in the recovery certificate.
Learned counsel for the respondent/Bank based upon instructions, which are taken on record, states that no recovery certificate has been issued against the petitioner by the Bank.
In view of the said statement and the instructions which are taken on record, the recovery certificate as impugned in the present writ petition dated 27.08.2022 and on record as Annexure No.1 is quashed.
The writ petition is accordingly allowed .
