The petitioner thereafter, filed a fresh representation dated 22.11.2013/25.11.2013 addressed to the General Manager, Indian Oil Corporation Ltd. along with which she again submitted the decree passed by the Court of Sub-Divisional Magistrate in the partition suit and also offerred explanation in reference to the complaint made against her. On 4.12.2013, at the time of inspection by the Land Evaluation Committee, the petitioner once again supplied a copy of final decree passed in the partition suit by Sub-Divisional Magistrate to the Committee. This is evident from the endorsement made by the members of the committee on the covering letter dated 4.12.2013 (Annexure No.8). Thereafter, the respondent - Corporation kept mum for three years. On 05.09.2016, the respondent - Corporation gave a notice informing her of a re-inspection by LEC on 20.09.2016. On that day, inspection was again made and the petitioner reiterated the stand taken by her earlier. Thereafter, petitioner was served with the impugned order dated 11.7.2017, passed by respondent No.2, wherein it is recorded that upon revaluation, the respondent No.4 has been placed at the first position with 80.87 marks and the petitioner, who was earlier empanelled at serial no.1 was declared - disqualified having scored only 49.47 marks, less than the qualifying marks of 50%. The third candidate namely Anju Lata was also declared 'Not Qualified' having withdrawn vide letter dated 28.11.2015.
