Sri Inder Jeet Bhardwaj, learned counsel for petitioner is not present.
Sri Fahd Iqbal, learned counsel appearing on behalf of bank on written instruction submits that petitioner has not come up with clean hands that he has forged document(certificate of discharge) and for that a direction has been passed by Tehsildar to lodge an FIR and further inquiry is pending.
Perused the writ petition and also considering above submissions that petitioner has not come up with clean hands, this writ petition is dismissed with cost of Rs. 5000/- to be paid by petitioner within three weeks.
