Heard Sri Raghuraj Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Dharmendra Prasad Singh, learned counsel appearing for the respondents.
The petitioner has raised certain irregularities against Nirottam alias Narottam Singh (respondent No. 5) wherein information was sought by an office of District Magistrate, Firozabad by communication dated 01.10.2022 from the District Social Welfare Officer, Firozabad.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on the basis of another complainant, enquiry was initiated and certain irregularities were pointed out against respondent No.5, however, till date further enquiry provided in terms of U.P. Panchayat Raj (Removal of Pradhan, UP-Pradhan and Members) Inquiry Rules, 1997 is not initiated.
Sri Dharmendra Prasad Singh, learned counsel for the respondents has no instructions.
In these facts and circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of that the District Magistrate, Firozabad will take consequential action in pursuance of the above referred letters, if already not undertaken. A copy of this order alongwith writ petition can be placed by petitioner before the District Magistrate, Firozabad.
With aforesaid observation, the writ petition is disposed of.
