Prayer in this writ petition to decide a representation/application dated 21.01.2017 filed under Section 6-A of U.P. Panchayat Raj (Maintenance of Family Registers) Rules, 1970.
Learned Standing Counsel submits that representation/ application cannot be properly addressed as till date no proper application is filed before Prescribed Authority.
In view of above, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to petitioner to approach concerned authority by way of filing a proper application under the aforesaid provisions within a period of three weeks from today and respondent authority shall decide the same expeditiously in accordance with law.
