Heard learned counsel for the petitioner Sri N.K. Tiwari for the Electricity Department and Mr. Shad Azam, Advocate holding brief of Sri Ajay Singh.
From the record, it appears that the petitioner is intending to get some order of Electricity Consumer Grievance Redressal Forum implemented.
The counsel for the Electricity Department has stated that if the petitioner is aggrieved by the non-compliance of the order of the Electricity Consumer Grievance Redressal Forum then he may file an application for execution.
Under such circumstances, no interference is warranted. The petitioner may avail such remedy which might be available to him under law.
The writ petition is accordingly dismissed.
