By an order dated 20.3.2023 passed in Writ-C No.8443 of 2023, the order dated 11.1.2023 which was passed against the petitioner, was quashed and the petitioner was given an opportunity of a fresh personal hearing.
We do not find any fresh ground on the basis of which the present petition has been filed.
Under such circumstances, no interference is warranted. However, if the petitioner is aggrieved by the non-compliance of the order dated 20.3.2023, she may take recourse to such legal remedies which might be available to her under law.
With these observations, the writ petition stands dismissed.
