The instant writ petition has been filed for the following reliefs:-

"(I) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent/authority to consider the representation dated 9.9.2022 and decide the same in a specific time as directed by this Hon'ble Court."

In pith and substance, the petitioner has approached this Court for a direction to the concerned respondents to decide her representation dated 09.09.2022 by which she has raised certain demands for welfare of Mahila Mates working in Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Rojgar Guarantee Scheme.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without adverting on merits, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent no.2, Commissioner, Village Development, U.P. Lucknow to decide the representation of the petitioner dated 09.09.2022 in accordance with law expeditiously and preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
