This writ petition has been filed against demand notice. Ms. Pragya Pandey, Advocate holding brief of Sri Baleshwar Chaturvedi, learned counsel for the Electricity Department relying upon a communication dated 23.08.2023, states that the demand has been withdrawn and fresh notices have been issued to the petitioner, therefore, she states that the writ petitioner be not entertained at this stage.
In view of the order which has been passed on 23.08.2023 by the Electricity Department, we consider it appropriate not to interfere in the matter at this stage.
With these observations, the instant writ petition stands dismissed .
