Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that F.I.R. has been lodged in the matter against the petitioner no. 2 at the instance of respondent no. 4, father of the petitioner no. 1, therefore, this writ petition has become infructuous and the same may be dismissed accordingly.
The writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. However, the petitioners are at liberty to seek available under the law before the appropriate court.
