Learned counsel for respondent no.4 and 5 submits that petitioner no.2 deserted the petitioner no.1 and as of now she is residing with respondent no.4 & 5.
The petitioner no.1, who is present in the Court, herself informed the Court that as of now she is residing with her parents since petitioner no.2 deserted her.
Since petitioners are not living together as of now, therefore, the writ petition is liable to be dismissed.
Accordingly, writ petition is dismissed.
Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
