1. The grievance urged in the instant petition is that price of sugarcane, sold by the petitioners to respondent no. 5, has not been paid to them so far.
2. In our opinion, the petitioners have remedy of approaching respondent no. 2 with their grievance.
3. Learned Standing Counsel states that respondent no. 2 will examine the grievance of the petitioners and will take remedial measures.
4. Accordingly, without expressing any opinion on the merits, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to approach respondent no. 2 by means of representation along with true attested copy of the instant order. In such an event, respondent no. 2 will examine the grievance of the petitioners and will take remedial measures in accordance with law, after hearing all concerned.
