Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Standing Counsel appearing for Respondents No. 1, 2 and 3 and perused the record.

In view of the proposed order, notice to private Respondent No. 4 is dispensed with.

Petitioners in their Writ Petition have categorically stated that Petitioner No. 1 has already attained the age of majority and as per High School certificate, her date of birth is 28.10.2003. It has been further stated that Petitioner No. 2 has also attained the age of majority and as per High School Certificate, his date of birth is 1.07.1998. Both the petitioners are of Hindu religion and they have solemnized their marriage and further their marriage has also been registered.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners has invited attention of this Court towards the fact that initially an F.I.R. was lodged against Petitioner No. 2 under Sections 366, 506 I.P.C. but since petitioner No. 1 is major, as such, police after investigation, has already submitted Final Report in the aforesaid case.

Learned counsel for the petitioners has further submitted that though the Final Report has already been submitted by the police but still Respondent No. 4 is continuously extending threats to the petitioners, thereby petitioners are not able to live their married life peacefully.

Learned counsel for the petitioners has also vehemently argued that it is right of every citizen to live peacefully in the society and State respondents are under obligation to ensure their safety and security.

In the aforesaid circumstances, I hereby permit the petitioners to submit a representation to Senior Superintendent of Police, District Aligarh annexing therewith copy of this Writ Petition.

Accordingly, this Writ Petition is finally disposed of with a direction to Senior Superintendent of Police, District Aligarh to consider the grievance of the petitioners and if avernments made in the writ petition are found to be true, then he is directed to ensure that petitioners are able to live their married life peacefully and nobody is allowed to extend threat to them.
