Prescribed Authority, Panchayat Raj & Ors, decided on 31.3.2016, wherein general mandamus was issued for expeditious disposal of election petition and Government Order dated 6.7.2016 was issued in pursuance thereof and Prescribed Authority is under obligation to follow the general mandamus issued by this Court in the aforesaid case.
This writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
