Grievance of the petitioners is that they want to level their agricultural land of Khasra Plot No.393(च) (new No.00135) situated in Village- Paigambarpur, Pargana and District- Auraiya and for that purpose they have applied in Form MM-8 under Rule 52(A) of the Uttar Pradesh Minor Minerals (Concession) Rules, 1963 before the respondent no.2, which is pending.
Be that as it may, without expressing any opinion on merits of the case of the petitioners, we dispose of this writ petition with a direction to the respondent no.2 to decide the application of the petitioners, if any and still pending, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within six weeks from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order.
