Learned standing counsel submitted that an FIR in Case Crime No.101 of 2023, under section 363 IPC has been lodged at P.S. Bhopa, District Muzaffarnagar by Ajit Singh, father of petitioner no. 1 against petitioner no. 2.
In view of the above, the writ petition has become infructuous and the same is dismissed as infructuous.
