Heard Sri Kapil Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri Rajiv Gupta, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for the State-respondents.
On 18.04.2023, this Court passed the following order:
"Learned Standing Counsel prays for and is granted ten days time to obtain instructions specifically on the point that in what circumstances the meat shop of the petitioner has been closed.
Put up as a fresh case on 01.05.2023 before the appropriate Bench."
Today, Sri Rajiv Gupta, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel states on instruction that the respondents are not interfering with the meat shop of the petitioners. He further states on specific instructions of respondent no. 4 that the respondent no. 4 has not stopped the petitioners to run their aforesaid shop.
In view of the aforesaid, this writ petition is disposed of in terms of the statement made by learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel.
