"A. Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondents to release the amount of construction works as (1) Interlocking from the house of Shalikram to the house of Kripal construction cost sum of Rs.1,07,987/-, (2) Interlocking from the house of Jagannath to house of Bankey construction cost of sum of Rs.1,36,870/-, (3) Interlocking from the Daber road to the house of Akhilesh construction cost sum of Rs.1,13,738/-, (4) Interlocking from the C.C. Road to Kulak Singh construction cost sum of Rs.1,96,580/-, (5) Interlocking from the house of Kallu to the house of Satyapal construction cost sum of Rs.2,35,430/- as well as total Rs.10,50,535/- and pay honorarium in the session 2020-2021 (one year) som of Rs.42,000 to the petitioner forthwith.
B. Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondents to decide the applications dated 29.05.2021 and 15.03.2022 of petitioner within stipulated period."
