This writ petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents to provide the electricity connection to the petitioner from Electricity Sub Station Kunwargaon, District Budaun instead of Electricity Sub Division, Binawar, District Budaun, and further direction to the respondents to accept the balance bill of petitioner in easy installments. It is also prayed to command Respondent No. 2 to decide the Representation dated 14.10.2022 moved by the petitioner.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is resident of village, Bhatauli, P.S. Binawar, Development Block, Salarpur Tehsil, District Budaun. The commercial Electricity Connection for his floor mill was provided from Binawar Power House, which is 20 Kms. away from his floor mill. To provide electricity from nearest power Station, he and other villagers had moved an application on 14.10.2022 before the Manager, Electricity Distribution Division Corporation, Shakti Bhawan, Hazaratganj, Lucknow and Sub Divisional Officer, Electricity Sub Station, Binabar, District Budaun requesting therein to connect the connection of petitioner's village from Electricity Sub Station, Kunwargaon instead of Electricity Sub Station Binawar, District Budaun.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without adverting to the merits of the case and on consent, the writ petition is disposed of asking the Respondent Nos. 2 and 5 to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner expeditiously preferably within three weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order strictly in accordance with law.
