The present writ petition has been preferred by the petitionerInstitution with the prayer to command the respondent no.1 and 2 to decide the claim of the petitioner and issue registration certificate of the student, who have completed diploma in two courses i.e. Diploma in Unani Medicine and Diploma in Ayurvedi Medicine from the petitioner's institution.
Learned Standing Counsel assures the Court that in the event a fresh representation is moved by the petitioner before respondent no.2 i.e. Bhartiya Chikitsa Parishad, Lucknow, it shall be considered and decided expeditiously.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, no useful purpose would be served in keeping the writ petition pending consideration. The writ petition is disposed of asking the petitioner to move a fresh representation/application ventilating all his grievance before the respondent no.2 i.e. Bhartiya Chikitsa Parishad, Lucknow. In case any such representation is moved by the petitioner within a week the same shall be considered by the concerned Authority, who must accord audience to the parties having stake in the matter and only thereafter decide the said representation/application expeditiously.
