Heard Sri Vinit Kumar Srivastava, learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri Ajay Kumar Srivastava, Advocate holding brief of Sri Kumar Ashutosh Srivastava, learned counsel for the respondent no.4.

This is an application for withdrawal of the writ petition filed by Vinit Kumar Srivastava, Advocate.

Sri Srivastava, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that earlier the case was being conducted by Sri Ayub Khan, Advocate but subsequently he has been engaged as counsel for the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to some mistake, the documents of the other case have been inadvertently annexed in this writ petition and as such he wants to withdraw the instant writ petition. He prays that the present writ petition may be dismissed as withdrawn and further prays that liberty may be granted to the petitioners to file a fresh petition with correct papers/annexures.

The prayer so made by the leaned counsel for the petitioners is allowed.

Accordingly, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty to the petitioners.
