Sri Vaibhaw Pandey, learned counsel for petitioners after arguing for some time and taking note that an objection is raised by Sri Syed Riyaz Askari, Advocate appearing on behalf of caveator that petitioners have filed a restoration application against impugned order before this writ petition was filed and which is still pending, therefore, counsel for petitioners prays that this writ petition may be disposed of with liberty to petitioners to file afresh with better particulars after outcome of restoration application, if so warrant and prays that certified copy of order may be returned.
This writ petition is disposed of with aforesaid liberty.
The certified copy if any, shall be provided to learned counsel for petitioners in accordance with due procedure.
The registry will accept any fresh writ petition only with prior receipt of service of it upon Sri Syed Riyaz Askari, Advocate.
