Hon'ble Saurabh Shyam Shamshery,J.
Sri Chandrachud Pandey, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that this writ petition may be disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to press the impleadment application which has been filed by them before Settlement Officer of Consolidation and this Court may pass appropriate direction or observation so that the said application be heard on merit.
In aforesaid circumstances, without interfering with the impugned orders, this writ petition is disposed of with aforesaid liberty and observation directing the Settlement Officer of Consolidation to consider the aforesaid application of the petitioners in accordance with law.
