The present writ petition has been filed challenging the transfer order dated 20.12.2022.
Learned Standing Counsel on instructions states that the transfer order has been rescinded by order dated 11.1.2023.
In view of the aforesaid, lis does not survives. A copy of the order rescinding the transfer order has been provided by learned Standing Counsel to the learned counsel for the petitioner.
At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the writ petition may be permitted to be withdrawn in view of the subsequent developments.
Accordingly, writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
