This writ petition has been filed with the following prayer:

"(a) To issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the opposite parties to pay the ssalary to the petitioner no.2 as Lecturer in Education of Chunni Lal Inter College, Chhetapatti, Sultanpur, together with the arrears of salary w.e.f. 16.1.2001.

(b) To issue a writ, order or direction in the appropriate nature declaring Section 33-E of the U.P. Secondary Education Services Selection Boards Act, 1982 as inserted vide U.P. Act No.XIII of 1999, as illegal and unconstitutional.

(c) To issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the opposite parties 1 and 2 to sanction the post of Lecturer in Education in Chunni lal Inter College, Chhetapatti, Sultanpur and to extend the grant-in-aid against the said post for payment of salary w.e.f. the date of the appointment of the petitioner, i.e. w.e.f. 16.1.2001.

(d) To award the cost of this petition in favour of the petitioners.

(e) To issue any such other writ, order or direction in the nature and manner as this Hon'ble court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case."

In view of the judgment and order passed today in Court in Writ-A No.2696 of 2005, this writ petition is finally disposed of .
