Sri Ganesh Mani, learned counsel for the writ petitioner has made a statement at Bar that the present writ petition filed for quashing the order dated 26.09.2023 passed by the Director, State Council of Educational Research and Training U.P. at Lucknow, second respondent is not properly constituted, he seeks to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file fresh.
Learned Standing Counsel has no objection to the same.
