At the very outset, Sri Ram Raksha Tiwari, advocate (A/R 0888/12) holding brief of Shri Pradeep Kumar Shukla, seeks to withdraw the present petition wherein the challenge has been raised to the order dated 04.10.2023 passed by the second respondent with liberty to file afresh, as according to him, the present petition has not properly been constituted.
Learned counsel for the respondents have no objection to the same.
The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
