Singh Paliwal, learned counsel for the writ petitioner submits that the writ petition preferred by him questioning the order dated 29.09.2023 passed by the Joint Director of Education, Azamgarh region Azamgarh be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file afresh, as it is not properly been constituted.
Learned counsel for the respondents have no objection to the same.
