Mr. Sanjay Kumar Om, learned Counsel for respondent nos. 2, 3 and 4, has filed an affidavit of compliance where in paragraph no. 5, it is averred:
"5. That in compliance of order dt. 19.10.2023 passed by this Hon'ble Court, GPF and Leave Encashment of the petitioner has been paid. Details of the payment made to the petitioner are as under:

It may however be stated that the details of the Arrears of ACP, which are allegedly due could not be obtained and as such, petitioner may provide the details thereof to enable the answering respondents to process the same."
Learned Counsel for the petitioner does not dispute the fact the petitioner has received his post retiral benefits.
No further cause of action, therefore, survives and no further orders are required to be made in this petition.
It is, accordingly, consigned to record.
