Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the respondents no. 1 and 2.
Admittedly, against the order of dismissal dated 08.08.2023 the petitioner has a statutory remedy of filing of appeal.
Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of leaving it open to the petitioner to submit an appeal to the appellate authority.
In case an appeal is filed by the petitioner, the appellate authority shall proceed to consider the same in accordance with law and rules expeditiously.
