Heard Sri Y.S. Bohra, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for the State.

Petitioner who is currently holding the post of Area Rationing Officer is aggrieved by the decision of the authorities in giving posting to the officer junior to him as Incharge-District Supply Officer.

In this regard, petitioner has already raised his grievance before the competent authority, namely, Commissioner, Food and Civil Supplies, U.P., Jawahar Bhawan, Lucknow on 14.07.2023.

Learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel does not have any objection in the event petitioner's application is directed to be disposed of accordingly.

Thus, without entering into the merits of the claim of the petitioner, this petition stands disposed of with direction to the respondent no.2, namely, Commissioner, Food and Civil Supplies, U.P., Jawahar Bhawan, Lucknow to look into and consider the claim of the petitioner as raised in his representation dated 14.07.2023 in accordance with law by means of reasoned and speaking order within a period of two months of production of certified copy of this order.
