Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents.
After arguing the matter at some length, Dr Suman Kumar Yadav, learned counsel for petitioner prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to pursue other remedies that may be available to him under law.
Learned counsel for respondents has no objection to the prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty.
