Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State respondents.
Petitioner wants expeditious disposal of the pending departmental appeal before the appellate authority.
Learned Standing Counsel was granted time twice previously on 6th September, 2023 and 27th September, 2023 but he has not been able to obtain instructions despite the letter sent to the authority concerned.
In the circumstances, this petition stands disposed of with a direction that departmental appeal dated 3rd January, 2015 pending before the District Magistrate, Banda, namely, respondent No.- 2 shall be decided within a period of one month from the date of production of certified copy of this order by following the procedure prescribed for and also by means of a reasoned and speaking order.
