Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel appearing for the Respondents No.1, 2 and 4 as well as Sri Rajesh Khare, learned counsel appearing for the Respondent No.3.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner has been asked to perform the work of Booth Level Officer by the Assistant Election Registration Officer/Tehsildar, Tehsil Atarra, District Banda. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has further submitted that petitioner's wife is seriously ill and son of the petitioner is only five years of age, therefore petitioner is suffering lots of difficulties.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has invited attention of this Court towards the representation filed by the petitioner on 10.7.2023 whereby he has raised his grievance before the Assistant Election Registration Officer/Tehsildar, Tehsil Atarra, District Banda. Learned counsel for the petitioner has argued that till date the aforesaid representation filed by the petitioner has not been considered and decided. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays that a direction may be issued by this Court for disposal of the representation of the petitioner.

In view of the aforesaid, without entering into the merits of the case, this writ petition is finally disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh representation before the Assistant Election Registration Officer/Tehsildar, Tehsil Atarra, District Banda within fifteen days from today and if such representation is filed, the same shall be decided by the Respondent No.4 within a period of one month from the date of service of certified copy of this order.
