An affidavit of compliance has been filed in the Office by Mr. Ashok Shankar Bhatnagar, Advocate, appearing on behalf of the Punjab National Bank. In paragraph no. 2 of the said affidavit, it is averred:
"2.That the deponent submits that in compliance of the orders of this Hon'ble Court dated 17.08.23, the answering respondent bank has given appointment to the petitioner in the clerical cadre in Punjab National Bank on compassionate grounds on 30.08.23. The appointment letter dated 30.08.23 has been issued by Circle Office, Raebareli vide its letter Ref. No. CO Raebareli / HRD/ Appointment dated 30.08.23. A true photocopy of the appointment letter dated 30.08.23 is being enclosed as Annexure CA-1 to this Affidavit of Compliance."
A copy of the letter of appointment dated 30.08.2023 has been annexed as Annexure No. C.A.-1 to the affidavit.
Learned Counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner has been appointed to the post of a Clerk with the Bank under the dying in harness scheme/rules applicable.
In this view of the matter, no further orders are required to be made in this petition.
It is, accordingly, consigned to record.
