" (i) Issue a writ of mandamus commanding the Respondents No. 2 & 3 to pay full salary to the petitioner from 25.1.2023 to up till now and continue the full salary to the petitioner in each month and also pay the arrears of balance from 25.1.2023 to July, 2023.
(ii) Issue a writ of mandamus commanding the Respondent No. 2 to pass suitable order on disciplinary proceeding in which enquiry report has been submitted before him by the enquiry officer on 10.3.2023."
