Hon'ble Ajit Kumar,J.
In compliance of earlier order of this Court, learned counsel for the Gram Panchyat has obtained instructions in the matter and placed the same before this Court, which are taken on record and copy whereof is also supplied to the learned counsel for the petitioner.
As per instructions, after being selected and appointed as Rozgar Sewak, petitioner has contested the election of Gram Pradhan held in the year 2021. Under the circumstances, she shall be taken to have herself abandoned her job.
Petitioner has not disclosed the fact as to whether she ever contested the election after being appointed as Rozgar Sewak.
In view of above, since petitioner has concealed the material fact, this Court declines to entertain this petition and interfere in the matter of grievance of the petitioner in exercise of its equitable jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution.
Petition accordingly dismissed and consigned to records.
