At the very outset, Sri Adeeb Anwar, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the writ petition be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file afresh as according to him it is not properly constituted.
Learned Standing Counsel has no objection to the same.
Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid.
