At the very outset, Ms. Arti Raje, learned counsel for the petitioner had made a submission at bar that the writ petition is not properly constituted, thus she seeks to withdraw the writ petition and file fresh writ petition with adequate particulars. Learned Standing Counsel has no objection to the same.
On the request of the learned counsel for the writ petitioner, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file fresh.
