Learned Standing Counsel submits that a supplementary counter affidavit has been filed in compliance of earlier order dated 21.09.2022. As per the supplementary affidavit the land has been acquired by the Lucknow Development Authority.
It appears that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the matter any further.
As such, the present public interest litigation petition is dismissed .
