In compliance with the order dated 16.02.2023, the Sub Divisional Officer, Aliganj, District Etah has submitted a report through the Registrar (Compliance), wherein it has been reported:

2- गगाटगा ससं० 275- गगाम दगाददपपुर खपुदर कके रगाजस्व अभभिलकेख खततौननी फसलनी वरर 1427-1432 (1 जपुलगाई 2019 सके 30 जदन 2025) कके खगातगा ससं० 323 कके गगाटगा ससं० 275 रकवगा 0.0240 हहै० खकेल कहै महैदगान दजर हहै। भकसनी व्यभሹኌ कगा मतौकके पर कब्जगा नहीሻ पगायगा गयगा।
3- गगाटगा ससं० 282- गगाम दगाददपपुर खपुदर कके रगाजस्व अभभिलकेख खततौननी फसलनी वरर 1427-1432 (1 जपुलगाई 2019 सके 30 जदन 2025) कके खगातगा ससं० 309 गगाटगा ससं० 282 रकवगा 0.0570 नवनीन परतनी कके रूप मम दजर हहै। मतौकके पर भिगारत पपु्ቔ प्यगारके लगाल भन० दगाददपपुर खपुदर कगा 40 वगर मनीटर कके्ቔफल पर मकगान बनगा पगायगा गयगा। सजसकके कगारण भिगारत बनगाम गगासंव सभिगा कके भवरूद उ०्ቚ० रगाजस्व ससंभहतगा 2006 ककी धगारगा 67(1) कके अन्तगरत वगाद ससं. टनी202318210500873 भवचगारगाधनीन हहै"
In view of the stand taken by the Sub Divisional Officer, Aliganj, District Etah, it is directed that proceedings for eviction already commenced in relating to the encroachments in Gata Nos. 252 and 282, both situate in Village Dadupur Khurd, Pargana Ajam Nagar, Tehsil Aliganj, District Etah shall be brought to their logical conclusion, in accordance with law, after hearing the parties concerned.
This writ petition is disposed of in terms of the aforesaid orders.
Let this order be communicated to the Sub Divisional Officer, Aliganj, District Etah through the Collector, Etah by the Registrar (Compliance) within 24 hours.
