The instant public interest litigation has been filed for mandamus directing the respondent no.4, Tehsildar, Tehsil Hata, District Kushinagar to decide the case Nos.T202205440205834, T202205440205835, T202205440205836, T202205440205837, T202205440205839, T202205440205840, T202205440205841 within stipulated period.

Mr. Abhinav Ojha, learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents on the basis of the instruction dated 4.11.2023 submitted that 14 cases are pending in respect to plot No. 183M area 0.717 hectare which is recorded as rasta in the revenue record.
